unified operation mode and transparent calculation process. A few minutes to start exploring for the first time.
selection tool
Browse by subject, or search for model or tool names. Each tool provides runnable examples.
loading and calculation
, adjust the parameters with units, and click Run. Time-consuming tasks can be canceled.
interpretation and export
Check key metrics, diagnostics and model conditions, save the project or export a package of reproducible results.
input data and files
CSV requires a header, and the field names are shown in the examples of each tool. Supports comma, tab, and common whitespace separated value tables; single text file maximum 1 MB, table maximum 20,000 rows. Different tools have stricter size limits.
crystal supports CIF/POSCAR, protein supports PDB/mmCIF, and plasmid supports FASTA/GenBank. Units are agreed upon by parameter labels and data descriptions. Missing values are not silently filled in or deleted.
Scientific accuracy and scope of application
Each tool exposes models, reference methods, and computational limitations. Legal input does not mean that the model is suitable for your experiment, nor does calculation convergence mean that the physical explanation is unique. Please review the results in conjunction with domain knowledge.
Analytical models, numerical approximations and teaching demonstrations are indicated separately in the description. The geoelectric tool uses parameter inversion of fixed anomaly geometry; the greenhouse tool solves heat transport under a specified velocity field. They are not a substitute for complete site modeling and calibrated engineering predictions.
results package contains parameters, model version, input summary and calculation time. After the parameters are changed, you will be prompted to recalculate to avoid treating the old results as new results.
Charts, Exports and Projects
charts support zooming, hovering, and legend switching; the three-dimensional view can be dragged and rotated. Two-dimensional images can be exported to SVG or PNG, and three-dimensional images can be exported to high-resolution PNG. Paper, presentation and screen styles are switchable.
datasheet supports full CSV download, and the results page provides JSON result packages and Markdown method reports. The print function uses the current page content, and the browser can save it as a PDF. Gear provides closed DXF and Quantum Wire provides OpenQASM 2.0 that supports a subset.
projects can be saved in the current browser and are subject to browser storage space limitations. It is recommended to download the result package backup regularly; the parameters will be restored after importing, and the results can be verified by running it again.
Data and Privacy
calculation input will be sent to the backend of this site. Tasks are queried through random access IDs. The link ID is equivalent to reading the credential. Please do not expose the task ID that contains sensitive data. Computational data is temporarily retained for 24 hours, after which it is unreadable and deleted when startup or subsequent tasks trigger cleanup.
